Library Services; orders are normally completed within four weeks from receipt at Bookbinding Direct (subject to seasonal variations). Conservation related orders may take longer (estimates on request). Same Day, 24 hour, 48 hour and weekly service is only available on our 'Thesis & Dissertation' service.

Packing materials including boxes, labels and order forms are available on request and are free of charge. Prices listed under 'Library Services' are inclusive of bar-code transfer, insertion of security detection strips, transaction labels and bookplates (materials to be supplied by the customer) Free collection and return carriage is available to UK mainland customers only, minimum order value £200.00 excluding VAT. Carriage is charged at cost on orders with a value less than £200.00 excluding VAT (estimates on request).

All work undertaken by Bookbinding Direct is fully guaranteed to cover workmanship and materials used. We reserve the right to contract out all or part of any work undertaken to a third party supplier. Complaints regarding faulty goods must be made in writing within 14 days from receipt by the customer.

Prices listed under 'Library Services' are based on a minimum order value of £350.00 excluding VAT per consignment. A surcharge on the prices listed under 'Library Services' only may be applicable on orders with a total value less than this, please contact Bookbinding Direct for a free estimate. The prices listed supersede all other price lists.

Prices listed are exclusive of VAT which is zero rated on Journal & Magazine, Thesis & Dissertation and Self Publishing services (subject to content). VAT is chargeable at the standard rate on all other products and services.

Invoices & Cheques should be made payable to 'Keele University'. We reserve the right to issue a 'pro forma invoice' to new account customers. Terms of payment no later than 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Title of goods remain the property of 'Keele University' until the account is settled in full.
