Send your files by email, disc or hardcopy for digital printing and binding.
To send your files by email simply convert them to PDF (Portable Document Format) and send to binding@kup.keele.ac.uk
To convert your file to PDF format follow the instructions below.
1. Check to see if you already have Adobe Acrobat Writer installed on your PC, use the print command to change the document to PDF format. Send your file to the email address listed in the form of a attachment. (include daytime contact phone number)
2. Mac users should already have a PDF driver installed use the print command to change the document to PDF format. Send your file to the email address listed in the form of a attachment. (include daytime contact phone number)
3. Use PDFOnline conversion software for files less than 2MB (PDF conversion and email). Copy the file onto your desktop (this will make it easier to find) change the file name to "your name and daytime contact number" (e.g. Mark Jukes 01782 583639).Click on the link below and follow the instructions and send to email address: binding@kup.keele.ac.uk
IMPORTANT: When your file has been sent please contact us at Bookbinding Direct by phone or email to advise of the type of binding, quantity and service required
4. If your file is larger than 2MB or you would prefer to use alternative free software this can be downloaded from the internet
5 .We also accept files on disc or paper originals these can be posted to our address as listed under 'Contact Details'.
